Who are The Web Surgery?

The Web Surgery is a Ltd company founded back in 2010. Exploring our website, particularly looking at our completed client sites and portfolio should give you a clear picture of the quality of work we offer. We also have great ratings and recommendations on both Google and Trustpilot where you can explore many positive reviews of our work, this should help you see we are the real deal and are more than capable of building a great website for your business.

How long will it take to build my Website?

We are asked this question all the time and it really is dependent on so many different factors. With just basic information we cannot accurately give you a timescale for your website as it will depend on the elements you need building. Websites which require eCommerce setups or signup and booking elements may take longer than those which only plan to incorporate a few simple pages of information. Every business’ needs are different, so we do not offer a standard turnaround time. Once we have all the details and information from you, we can provide completion dates for drafts and estimate the full project timescale.

What website platforms do you offer?

We design and build websites in a wide range of software platforms.  Examples of platforms we use are: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, EKM, Opencart, Phython, Django etc. We can work with other platforms but you’ll need to contact us directly to discuss your needs.

I don’t have a domain, where do I start?

The Web Surgery can start from scratch to help you setup your website. At consultation level you can all issues and concerns with us and we can help, even if you haven’t secured the domain name for your business website. We can walk you through every stage from no web presence to a fully functioning and beautifully designed website you can be proud of.

Will you host my website for me?

Yes, we can host your website for you or work on your website using your own hosting. All our websites come with their own competitively priced hosting packages.

Can you edit and improve our existing website?

Sometimes clients come to us with a half-finished website or one which they were told was finished but is missing many key features. While we prefer to work with our own designs we can look at any site and work with you to find improvements and develop it up to the standard you’re looking for.

Can you help me with my website content?

We recommend all websites have a regularly updated SEO, page content, blogs or news feeds. It helps keep content fresh and search engines interested. We can step in and fully manage your website’s online content, ensuring it is fully optimised and perfectly tailored for the tone and branding of your site.

Can you help with promoting my business?

  4. You will be taken to a page to enter some your username or email address
  5. Wait for your new password to be emailed to you
  6. Once you receive this, login and change the password to something you can remember
  7. Save
  8. You can then login using your new details
